Hi Janiese, it is, but we have a new version 4 and anyone with debt can be on the program. There are a couple of different options now to use other than the line of credit. The company is growing everyday and more and more people are investing in the software, because it is an investment to save thousands of dollars in interest. I am sure you saw what happened today on Wall St., this product can help a lot of folks that are hurting with debt and can't get any help from their banks or lenders.

What I am promoting here is a program to become not only mortgage free, but even debt free. There are many people who have been hurt over the past couple of years with loans they didn't need to be a part of.
I am sharing with clients how to cancel interest and take years off the mortgage.

Hello everyone! I am new to this site but not new to mortgage industry and have done some forms for various mortgage and real estate firms. Not series anything but I have worked for closers who are. Both B2B and B2C with banking and insurance firms and yes Fannie May and Freddie Mac back in the day. I helped do the forms for ESE - Environmental Science & Engineering for Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III storm water, ground water, USTs and ASTs, chemical hygiene plans, Hazmat and Superfund forms. Then I came up with the ideal for the pollution exchange for Bank of America Private Placements. I also did work on allot of projects for Professional Tank Systems, and Gandhi and Associates, Lester B. Knight, CB Commercial Real Estate Investors, Avondale Federal Savings Bank, Cooper & Lybrandt, Bank of Montreal, Harris Bank, Bank of New York, and the folks who manage the Sears Tower, etc.... So I have some experience with the Mortgage Credit Certificate Program for the City of Chicago.
